Had a problem with a slow laptop and broken CD drive. Daniel was prompt, efficient and clear about the issues and how he could improve/fix them.

 

He said up front how much this would cost and that if other issues became evident he would contact me to discuss. He took the laptop away and returned it repaired and working so much faster within 24 hours.

 

Can’t fault the service and would highly recommend to family and friends
